Job Description - Production Manager

Supervision: Directly supervise production staff, including operators, technicians, and other workers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that production goals are met safely and effectively.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements. This may involve developing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues related to product quality.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage production budgets and expenses to optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency. This may include monitoring expenses related to labor, materials, equipment maintenance, and overhead costs.
R&D : Constantly improve and introduce new products to our retail store
