Job Description - Kitchen Part Time $16 Per Hours. Flexible timing from 11 - 10pm | Orchard ION OR National Gallery

Responsibilities

Support Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
Ensure that quality and quantity are as per company’s and Chef’s standard recipes
Supervise and ensure timely execution on food production
Managing food purchasing and storage
Coordinate, organise and participate in all production
Ensure quality of food items and mise-en-place to be prepared for the day
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Support in the maintenance of all kitchen equipment’s cleanliness and good working order
Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned

Work Schedule
