Job Description - Operations Executive / Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage and ensure smooth operations of the food court
To assist tenants in marketing strategy to increase sales target
Ensure daily sales are accurate | Timely reconciliation
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Ensure the respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP
Liaise with tenants on stall matters.
Seek continuous improvement
To assist the Head of Operations to source tenants

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry
Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
PC proficiency in MS Words and Excel

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

Public Holidays
10 hours shift
6 days / week
Rotating shift
Shifting schedule
