Job Description:

• Oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability.
• Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
• Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
• Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales.
• Supervise and train the team in accordance with the company's DNA.
• Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profitsEnforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staffAny other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry
• Experience as a cabin assistant/cabin crew will be considered an added advantage
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
• Passionate about service and interacting with people
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with strong focus in restaurant / cafe daily operations related skills

May required to work in split-shift environment when needed.

Required to work 5.5 days a week, including public holidays and weekends
