Restaurant Manager for a Spanish Tapas and Grill

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager for our Spanish tapas and grill, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Knowledge of Spanish Food and Wine is a plus

Guest Experience:

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead by example in delivering attentive and hospitable service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the warmth of Spanish hospitality.
• Solicit and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize team performance.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge across the team.

Financial Management

• Manage budgetary targets and financial performance metrics, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
