Restaurant Manager (up to $5,000 Mon - Fri 5 days work)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and effective staffing.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities, maintaining operational excellence.
• Manage guest relations, ensuring satisfaction and effective recovery processes.
• Set service quality standards for staff, leading by example in customer service.
• Evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and making hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement for efficient supply and inventory management.
• Lead team development through coaching and performance feedback.
• Enforce safety and security protocols, protecting both customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum experience: proven track record in opening and managing concept food spaces.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools, with strong presentation skills.
