Job Description - RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

  • Able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Self-driven with positive attitude to learn
  • Highly motivated, customer-centric and able to work independently and a good team player at the same time
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Relevant experience in hospitality/F&B industry
  • Relevant trade/industry certification is an added advantage
  • Follow and adheres to Company SOP, recipes and policies
  • Working Hours/Days: 5/6-days (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • You will play an integral part in providing quality service, friendliness at all times, have a ‘can do’ attitude and work cohesively as 1Team and a brand ambassador.
  • Setting up and managing outlets which will include pre-opening activities and coordination.
  • Day to day operations of the restaurants.
  • Cashiering.
  • Liaison with suppliers as and when required to manage deliveries.
  • Customer service, order taking.
  • Inventory management.
