Responsibilities

Requirements
• Proven sales leadership experience • Preferably in seafood or food distribution industry • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth • Knowledge of frozen seafood products and industry trends • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
