Part-Time / FULL TIME Service Crew @ AN ACAI AFFAIR Robertson Quay Outlet!

Looking for charismatic, agile, independent, energetic team players! Starting from 8$/hr! And/or Up to $2.8k/ month!

Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years old for part time, and 16 years old for full time.
• No experience is welcome (as long you have a positive attitude and has willingness to learn) ! candidates with experience of at least 1 year experience working as a server in a café/restaurant/kiosk is preferred 
• Able to communicate effectively 
• Good sense of responsibility and accountability to show up punctually for work whenever rostered
• Agile and able to adapt 
• High level of personal hygiene
• Flexible
• Possess basic understanding of food hygiene and possessed a Food Hygiene Certificate (SFA Regulations) 
• Pleasant personality and outgoing as you need to interact with customers (good customer service)

Jobscope:

• Adhering strictly to supervisor’s instructions, SOPs, and recipes provided.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Making acai bowls and beverages (training provided) 
• Opening and Closing duties 
• Preparation: cut fruits, refill drizzle, toppings, and bases 
• Cashiering duty
• Greeting customers and Assist customer with ordering (explain the menu, where acai is from etc.) 
• Taking charge of the overall cleanliness and well-being of the shop premise (dining area, kitchen ad toilet)
• Sweeping/mopping of shop premise (including cleaning dining area if needed) during shifts 
• Assisting with the washing and cleaning of catering ops items/equipment
• Unpacking & Arrange stock and supplies whenever supplies arrives
• Communicate actively with the management i.e Update stocks/discrepancies to the management, customer complaints, delivery rider issue, etc.

PART TIME DETAILS: 

Part Time $8/hr Weekday & $9/hr Weekend: 

• flexible shift (you can choose which days you would like to work) - 4 shifts minimum if you are able to! 
• incentives of +0.50$/hr if you work more than 70hrs that month
• incentives of +0.50$/hr if your customer service score hit average score
• $10 closing allowance for closing shift

FULLTIME: 

as a Full-timer, you will be committed to 50hrs/week (200hr a month). You will be working 6 days a week and you will be given 1 day off or you can choose your day off. Candidates will be scheduled and rostered for work weekly (latest by Sunday). Your working hours will be as below: 

Salary starting $2500 up to $2800 (subject to experience and commitment)

For your working hours, Candidates will be scheduled and rostered weekly for work (latest by Sunday), there will be 2 shifts: 

Opening shift: 8.00 AM - 3.30 PM/6.00PM (6PM if needed, and subject to your availability)

Closing shift: 

• 3.30PM - 10.30PM (sunday to thursday) 
• 3.30PM - 11.30 PM (friday & saturday)
• 6.00PM - 10.30/11.30PM (subject to availability)

PART TIMERS  = Minimum of 4 shifts weekly, but part-timers are encouraged to work as often as possible!

FULL TIMER = rotation shifts!
