Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables’ requests, and promotional offers
Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
