Service Crew [AM/PM]

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Have a good understanding of all food and beverage items.
• Able to suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when requested.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of standing and working continuously for over 8 hours.
