About Us

Established in 2018, Beer Basket Kitchen and Bar is a community bar and carries a wide range of international craft beer ranging from different continents and has a very interesting food menu. Beer Basket started in Kovan and is now expanding to Katong and beyond.

Working Hours : 6 days per week (44 hours per week)

Location : District 15 - Joo Chiat, Marina Parade, Katong

Job Type : Full Time

Salary : $2,000 - $2,400 / monthly

Job Description

• Always provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers
• Attending to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Understands the company culture and exemplifies the brand style
• Ensure outlet (floor and drink bar area) cleanliness, and always keep the outlet in excellent hygiene standards
• Support Operations Manager in running of the Bar/Restaurant (eg: taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages, etc) during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.
• Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in outlets.
• Staff rostering
• Inventory management

Job Requirement

• Relevant working experience in similar roles in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Values teamwork 
• Good personal grooming
• Cheerful personality and willing to learn
• Be punctual and well-disciplined
• Weekly roster rotation
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
