Job Description

Role Description:

Western kitchen focused on American BBQ & Grill.

Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.

Train and develop junior chefs.

Manage stock levels and wastage.

Selected candidate will be groomed to lead the outlet kitchen team to deliver excellent culinary standards.

Requirements:

Full time – 5 day week.

Western cuisine trained, culinary school qualifications a plus.

Previous experience leading a kitchen team or section.
