Our client is dedicated to crafting authentic fish soups using only the freshest catch and premium ingredients. With a focus on sustainability, they offer a selection of responsibly caught fish, including thick-cut batang slices, fresh grouper, and specially prepared red snapper.

Each stall is designed to offer an elegant and immersive dining experience. Operational essentials ensure quality and efficiency, with a minimum 200sqft space equipped with necessary facilities.

Our client has plans for significant expansion, aiming to open 5 to 8 stalls in 2024 and 20 stalls by 2025.

Looking for commited individuals to join our team in creating a new standard of Fish Soup across Singapore.

Job Description

- Food preparation

- Simple cooking

- Maintenance of stall

- Inventory management

- Cashiering

We are hiring for the following location / positions:

1) Race Course Road (Central Kitchen cum Retail Store)

- Daily food preparations for our outlets

- Small dine in (15 pax) opened (Tuesday to Sunday)

- Mainly takeaway & deliveries

2) Greenwich V (Outlet)

- Air conditioned foodcourt (Picnic)

- Daily operations for lunch and dinner (10am - 9pm)

- Food preparation minimal with Central Kitchen sending ready-to-go items daily

- Split shift allowance $20 daily

3) Harbourfront Centre (Outlet)

- Air conditioned foodcourt (Tuckshop)

- Daily operations for lunch and dinner (10am - 8pm)

- Food preparation minimal with Central Kitchen sending ready-to-go items daily

- Split shift allowance $20 daily

4) Sengkang Square Kopitiam (Outlet)

- Foodcourt (Kopitiam)

- Daily operations for lunch and dinner (10am - 9pm)

- Food preparation minimal with Central Kitchen sending ready-to-go items daily

- Split shift allowance $20 daily

Current locations at Harbourfront Centre and Sengkang Square with more locations coming soon across Singapore.

No experience needed, training provided!
