Store Executive / Store Manager

A Halal-certified food and beverage company is seeking exceptional store crew members. 

Job Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing workflow and ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed to avoid shortages.
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring food items are prepared according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Conducting regular checks to ensure food quality and freshness.
• Monitoring food temperatures and following food safety protocols.
• Handling and disposing of expired or unsuitable food items properly.
• Managing inventory levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Placing orders with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Minimizing waste through careful inventory control and portion management.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Balancing cash registers at the end of each shift.
• Generating sales reports and maintaining records of daily transactions.
• Supervising and training crew staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
• Providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and hygiene practices.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Keeping abreast of updates to food safety regulations and ensuring compliance
• Implementing promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers to the store
• Collaborating with management to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management
