Job Description - SUPERVISOR

Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipments and acceptance of spice fragrance.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
Excellent time management abilities
Ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations.
Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Preparing menus, and monitoring staffs. performance, training new staffs.
Organized inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand for long periods and work late nights.
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
