Job Description
- We are looking for trusty, committed candidates to join our fun and vibrant team.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and work with the marketing department
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Work closely with headquarters on SOPs and operations matters
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year of experience working in F&B/restaurants/hospitality related industries
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Dinlr Chope and etc.
- Possess good working attitude and a good team player
- Cheerful and Jovial personality preferred, meticulous in details
- Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
