WAITER / WAITRESS

1. Meet and greet Members / Guests and direct them to a table. 2. Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required. 3. Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken. 4. Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Members / Guests. 5. Enter charges in the MICROS / POS system. 6. Perform opening and closing duties. 7. Polish silverware; glassware; cutleries; etc. 8. Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations. 9. Attend briefing before operations. 10. Ensure cleanliness of restaurant. 11. Provide F&B service at functions and events. 12. Ensure prompt and courteous service to Members / Guests. 13. Update menu knowledge. 14. Ensure compliance with established service standards. 15. Mentor Trainees and Casual Workers. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
