Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in work areas

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry
• Experience in order taking and using POS systems
• Menu knowledge and ability to make recommendations
• Proficient in cash handling
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin
• Understanding of food safety practices
