WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

Job summary
TSH and its subsidiaries are in the business of operating pubs and bars, as well as importing and distributing spirits, wines, and liquors.
Responsibilities
• Receive, sort, and pack goods into the correct location. • Receive and store incoming shipments. • Pick and pack orders, and print labels when necessary. • Prepare delivery orders and arrange goods in the delivery area. • Assist in counting physical inventory and maintaining inventory control. • Identify damage and report shortages of goods. • Highlight any problems to supervisor. • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations. • Maintain warehouse housekeeping and proper record-keeping. • Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods. • Assist in shipping functions and handle import/export documents. • Liaise with customers and third-party carriers for shipment planning. • Assist in selecting freight forwarders and ensure smooth operations. • Ensure timely delivery of all shipments. • Discuss and review operation status with customers and management. • Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of working experience. • Fresh grads are welcome to apply. • Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving. • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. • Attention to detail is essential.
