1 year Clinical Trial Assistant (FMCG MNC) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Project Managers and study teams throughout the lifecycle of clinical trials.
• Assist with budget administration, including vendor creation, invoice processing, payment tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Maintain clinical trial trackers, study management tools, and support clinical trial registrations.
• Coordinate logistics for clinical studies, including shipment of study samples, procurement of study materials, and training arrangements.
• Perform quality checks on study protocols, informed consent forms, and study-related materials to ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preparation of newsletters, communications, presentations, and study-related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and training materials.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including data management, documentation quality, and clinical trial management systems.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Project Manager or department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trials, clinical operations, or research administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Resourceful, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
