Job Responsibilities

1) Manual testing

• COD (Hach), TOC, turbidity, pH, conductivity, FIA for Phenol, FTIR for oil and grease in wastewater, BOD, SOUR, OUR test

2) Odor sample Handling

• Involves handling certain samples, such as Sour Water with high levels of H₂S and ammonia, which may produce strong odors.

3) Lab management

• The candidate will be responsible for managing a small laboratory independently, including:

• Chemical and inventory management (e.g., purchasing and stock tracking)

• General lab housekeeping and upkeep

• Maintain Lab SOP and safety standards and ensure all who uses the lab adhere to the safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Able to commit Mon-Fri 8.15am-5.00pm, some days may extend until 7pm, based on manpower needs

• Transport pick up provided at selected locations
