Working Hours

Inpatient Pharmacy

• 5.25 Days Work Week
• Staggered ShiftsEarliest start: 7:30amLatest end: 8:00pm
• Required to work 1 Sunday per month (off-in-lieu provided on a weekday)

Inpatient Pharmacy Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label medications according to SOPs.
• Perform medication reconciliation activities including counting, sorting, and prescription processing.
• Support billing and dispensing functions.
• Perform de-blistering and unit-dose repackaging of medications.
• Operate and monitor pharmacy automation and dispensing systems.
• Troubleshoot system and repackaging issues.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory management activities.
• Ensure medication quality and compliance with pharmacy standards.
• Dispense medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Provide basic bedside medication counselling where required.
• Assist with nurse requests and medication-related enquiries.
• Support workflow audits and ensure compliance with medication safety policies and SOPs.
