1 Year Lab Technician / Analyst (Chemistry, Up to $2300!!) #HCGT

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review work assignments, adjusting workload and resources with the team as needed.
• Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized programs and documentation.
• Implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and organizational standards.
• Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate laboratory equipment calibration and maintain overall lab housekeeping.
• Perform perfume compounding, select materials, and update records in the Electronic Lab Notebook.
• Prepare samples for odor evaluations and assist in shipping materials with proper documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including the Contexa robot.

Requirements

• Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Perfumery & Cosmetic Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience and experience in HPLC/ GC
• Knowledge of cGMP and good laboratory practices.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
