6 Months Contract PSA, Inpatient Wards (Up to 3.2k, West) #HFT

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm & 11am to 8pm (No Overnight Shifts)

Any 5 days in a week

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients

• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges

• Perform discharging procedures for patients

• Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients

• Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
• Prior customer service / healthcare experience would be advantageous!
