6 months Healthcare Operations Executive #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate meetings, events, and operational activities to ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating events, workshops, and engagement activities
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and operational documentation
• Track project timelines, action items, and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables
• Handle enquiries and provide operational support to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders professionally
• Well-organised with good multitasking and time management skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
