Administrative Assistant Nursing Department

Job Scope:

• Maintain nursing records, policies, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
• Manage training schedules, competency records, and certification tracking for nursing staff.
• Liaise with training providers and support staff development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for daily ward operations and nursing workflows.
• Coordinate residents' medical appointments, follow-ups, and care-related communications.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare teams, residents, and family members.
• Organize care conferences and family meetings to support resident care planning.
• Monitor nursing supplies and equipment, and assist with procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to nursing home policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business or relevant
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Working Hours : 5 days, 8am to 5pm
