Job Summary

We are seeking a sales-driven, service-oriented Aesthetic Clinic Assistant & Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving the aesthetic business—managing the front desk operations, conducting sales consultations for treatment packages and products, assisting doctors during clinical procedures, and performing therapist-led services. On a secondary and supplemental basis, you will also provide cross-coverage support to the front desk of our co-located mental health practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Primary Front Desk & Administrative Operations (Aesthetics): Oversee full frontline operations for Private Space Aesthetics & Wellness, including client registration, appointment scheduling, billing, payment processing, product dispensing, inventory tracking, and handling client enquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Consultative Sales & Client Engagement: Recommend treatment packages, promotions, and skincare products. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling while achieving personal and clinic sales/service targets.
3. Clinical & Doctor Support (Aesthetics): Prepare clients for procedures (cleansing, topical anaesthetic application, pre-treatment photos), assist doctors during treatments, and perform therapist-led non-invasive services (facials and skin treatments).
4. Supplemental Cross-Clinic Coverage (Private Space Medical): Provide secondary front-desk support (registration, appointment booking, general enquiries) for our co-located mental health clinic during shared desk operations, peak overflow, or operational downtime.
5. Clinic Readiness & Hygiene: Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment sterilisation across treatment rooms and reception areas, while adhering to high personal grooming standards.

Requirements & Preferred Competencies

1. Education & Experience: Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics (preferred), with minimum 5 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or premium beauty environment.
2. Core Skillset: Strong combination of front-desk operational competence, consultative sales drive, and hands-on clinical assisting skills.
3. Adaptability: A team-first attitude with willingness to support shared front-desk operations across an integrated wellness space when required.
4. Technical Proficiency: Experience with clinic management software (such as Plato) and familiarity with various aesthetic equipment is an advantage.
5. Languages & Schedule: Fluent in English proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. Willingness to work retail hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
