Position Title: Aesthetic Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly organized Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier aesthetic clinic. You will lead a dedicated team of front-of-house consultants, therapists, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience, optimize clinic workflows, and drive business growth.

1. Daily Operations & Workflow Management
Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the clinic, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and service efficiency.
Manage scheduling, appointment books, and room allocations to maximize clinic capacity and minimize patient wait times.
Oversee inventory controls, including stock tracking, procurement, and auditing of skincare products, consumables, and clinic supplies.
2. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate front-line consultants and therapists to achieve service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage staff rosters, leave schedules, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture and facilitate effective communication between the clinical team and management.
3. Customer Experience & Business Growth
Maintain excellent patient relations, handling feedback, escalations, or complex inquiries with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Support the team in driving sales targets, packages, and membership renewals through outstanding customer care and relationship building.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and work alongside the owner to implement strategies that improve patient retention and conversion.
4. Compliance & Administration
Ensure all clinic operations strictly adhere to company policies, workplace safety guidelines, and relevant regulatory standards.
Manage daily financial closely, including point-of-sale (POS) reconciliation, petty cash, and end-of-day reporting.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, luxury wellness, or retail healthcare sectors.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage for customer handling).
Attributes: Proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a well-groomed, professional presentation.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in clinic management software, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
