Aesthetic Nurse / Doctor Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To prepare customer for procedure like cleanse face, apply numb cream, ensure signing of relevant consent form and give medications (if required)
• Provide assistance to doctor during procedures
• Perform all non-medical procedures when required
• Photo taking; ensure proper filling and documentation
• Explaining all relevant procedure details including its downtime post care
• Follow-up on customers after first procedure; ensure next appointment for review after each procedure
• Explain company products
• Stock Inventory and order
• Assist consultants in case of manpower shortage, including assisting Doctors in consultation
• Fill all usable items in procedure room, change sheet in procedure room, maintain the machines
• Sterilizing procedure equipments
• Provide front desk duties, including checking in procedure, answering phone calls, appointment bookings, etc
• Generate procedure report per Doctors’ request
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year relevant experience working in the professional aesthetic, skin care, beauty industry
• Preferably with relevant Aesthetical or Beauty Certification
• Well-groomed with good complexion
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in the condition and improvement of customers
• Keen interest in the science behind products, procedures and equipment
• Good team player
• Bilingual preferred
• Able to work retail hours & weekends
