Assistant Branch Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty outlet while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will lead the outlet team, maintain operational excellence, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the outlet team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Plan staff schedules, allocate daily duties, and monitor team performance.
• Coach and train employees on products, treatments, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage daily sales transactions, cash handling, and operational reporting.
• Support the implementation of sales promotions, marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Perform beauty consultations and treatments when required.
• Analyse outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
