Job Summary

Join Chinatown Wellness Clinic as a full-time Assistant Clinic Manager supporting GP clinic operations and patient care within a collaborative medical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily GP clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Operate and maintain Clinic Management Systems to support clinical and administrative workflows
• Coordinate and implement government healthcare schemes such as CHAS, Healthier SG, and Medisave to facilitate patient access to subsidies
• Provide compassionate support and care coordination to patients, enhancing their clinic experience
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with patients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma with interest in Health

Benefits and Working Hours

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 1:30pm
• Closed on Sundays and public holidays
