Assistant Manager (Healthcare Organisational Development)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3500 - $4800

• Working hours: Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30am

• Working Location: Depot Road

• AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and implementation of organisational development (OD) initiatives aligned with organisational goals and values.

- Coordinate programmes and activities that promote employee engagement, culture building, and organisational effectiveness.

- Assist in change management initiatives, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support.

- Organise workshops, engagement sessions, leadership programmes, and team-building activities.

- Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, vendor management, and follow-up actions.

- Prepare reports, track project progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop and maintain communication materials, toolkits, and learning resources.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR, Communications, and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.

- Support onboarding, employer branding, staff engagement events, and organisational development projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in organisational development, change management, HR, project coordination, or a related function.

- Experience in the healthcare or service industry is preferred.

- Exposure to organisational transformation, culture-building, or change management initiatives will be an advantage.

- Strong organisational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
