Our client, a global medical device company, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to drive their Acute Care portfolio in Singapore. This is an individual contributor role, so you'll be owning your own patch and building relationships directly with hospitals, distributors and key clinical stakeholders rather than managing a team
Drive sales growth across the Acute Care portfolio, working with both direct and distributor-managed product lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement, clinical teams and distributor partners across Singapore
Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration within existing accounts
Work closely with the Regional Manager to align on territory strategy, forecasting and reporting
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support regional planning
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device or healthcare industry
Experience within the Acute Care space would be ideal, exposure across areas like anesthesia, urology or cardiology-related products is a plus
Solid track record in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within acute care or critical care settings
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently while staying aligned with a regional reporting line
Self-starter who's comfortable managing a portfolio without day-to-day team oversight
