🚐 Join Our Team – Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL) Driver (Island wide Locations)

The BDVL Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients, medical personnel, and equipment. The driver will ensure that vehicles are operated safely and maintained in good working condition while providing assistance in patient handling and basic patient care during transport.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate the ambulance in accordance with Singapore traffic regulations and company policies.
• Transport Clients/elderly to and from hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, residences, and healthcare facilities.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of Clients/elderly using wheelchairs, and other patient transfer equipment.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the journey.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle are clean, well-maintained, and operational at all times.
• Check and replenish medical supplies and equipment before and after each assignment.
• Assist client / elderly care and monitoring within the driver's scope of practice.
• Observe infection control practices and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate transport and vehicle records as required by the company.
• Follow operational protocols and emergency procedures.
• Attend mandatory training programmes, including First Aid, CPR, AED, and Defensive Driving courses.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Supervisor.

✅Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Possess a valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL).
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience with a good driving record.
• Physically fit and able to assist patients with mobility needs.
• Able to operate wheelchairs, and patient transfer equipment.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a caring service-oriented attitude.
