Beauty Consultant

Location: Novena / Orchard
Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 + Commissions
Rest Days: 3 weekdays off per month, Sundays & Public Holidays Off

Our clinic is looking for a highly motivated and polished Beauty Consultant to join our Aesthetic Team. In this role, you will work closelywith our team to deliver exceptional patient care and help clients look andfeel their best.

✨ What You Will Do:

·     Providing personalisedconsultations to understand client needs and deliver tailored aesthetictreatment and skincare recommendations

·     Build strong, long-termrelationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service andensuring high customer retention.

·     Monitor clients' treatmentprogress and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and optimal treatmentoutcomes.

·     Promote and recommend aesthetictreatments and skincare products based on clients' needs.

·     Work closely with therapistsand the clinic team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

·     Maintain a clean, hygienic, andwell-organised clinic environment

💡 What We’re Looking For:

·     Minimum of 1-year relevantexperience in the aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry

·     Certificationin aesthetics, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage

·     Well-groomedwith a professional appearance

·     Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

·     Keeninterest in skincare, aesthetic treatments, and the science behind products,procedures, and equipment

·     Apositive team player with a proactive attitude

·     Bilingualin English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diversecustomer base

·     Able to workretail hours

·     Hands-on experience inperforming facial and aesthetic treatments is required
