Your role as Behavioural Analyst/Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify areas of need, and develop individualised intervention plans grounded in ABA principles. These plans should include clearly defined goals, targeted intervention strategies, and progress-monitoring methods to address challenging behaviours and promote positive social and academic outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to supporting each student's progress.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of students’ progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.

• Coach key partners about ABA principles and how to apply educational and behavioural techniques to carry out intervention plans in class and at home to support the students’ progress.

• Facilitate training for staff to improve understanding on ABA.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the school's behavioural support programmes and resources. To positively influence the development of programs, policies and procedures to promote best practice.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioural analysis and therapy.

• Attend IEP meetings with teachers when necessary.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, prefer candidates with BCBA / BCaBA / QBA / QASP-S qualifications.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in providing behavioural analysis and therapy services, preferably in an educational setting with experience working with ASD students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
