Brand Manager Actilyse & Metalyse, HP ROPU ASKAN

The Position

The Brand Manager, Actilyse & Metalyse, HP ROPU ASKAN is responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy for the lytics portfolio, comprising Actilyse and Metalyse. The role works closely with colleagues across the organization to drive brand growth and maximize performance across the ASKAN region, which includes Southeast Asia, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Strategy: Development and execution of the regional marketing strategy for lytics brands in line with global brand strategy. Provide support in enhancing market understanding of lytics brands by analyzing key drivers and barriers and formulating strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities. 
• Driving business results: Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to help maximise sales results across the region. Drive growth of overall lytics portfolio whilst ensuring excellent life cycle management and execution of activities. Identify opportunities for growth through close collaboration with affiliate teams and generation of extensive insights and analysis. 
• Marketing initiatives: Develop / adapt materials and drive digital initiatives across the region, to enable customer centric engagement. Closely follow up with affiliates on implementation of operational plans. 
• Launch readiness: Guide, support and ensure successful launch of Metalyse AIS in remaining launch markets. Ensure cross functional collaboration for preparation of launch and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Science, Business or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate degree in Business Administration
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing: Minimum of 5 years in strategic and operational marketing with at least 2 years at affiliate (country) level
• Preferably with regional (e.g. APAC) experience
• Prior experience in account management and sales is a plus
• Prior experience in stroke management/prevention therapies will be a plus
• Fast learner, open-minded, fluent in written and spoken English
