Job Description - Business Development Executive (Corporate Partnerships)
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our corporate partnerships and strategic initiatives.
As part of the Business Development team, you will work closely with a senior business development manager and gain exposure to end-to-end deal execution—from initial partnership discussions and proposal development to agreement structuring and implementation.
You will be responsible for supporting and driving client engagements, developing strategic projects and partnerships, and executing business development initiatives from concept through to implementation, including but not limited to the following:-
1. Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
Support the development and execution of corporate partnerships and strategic initiatives
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
Assist in reviewing and preparing agreements (e.g. service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts)
Work with internal and external stakeholders to align commercial and operational terms
2. Proposals, Presentations & Tenders
Develop client proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials
Support tender submissions (government / corporate), including documentation and coordination
Translate business concepts into clear, structured, and compelling materials
3. Business Development Operations
Track client and partnership pipeline, including leads, conversions, and progress
Support outreach efforts and identify opportunities to engage new corporate clients and partners
Coordinate across internal teams (e.g. clinical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution
Support onboarding and implementation of new clients and partners
4. Executive Support to BD Team
Convert discussions and ideas into structured proposals and action plans
Prepare briefing materials and summaries for meetings
Follow through on timelines, deliverables, and key action items
Provide support on ad-hoc business development initiatives and any other matters as required by the team
Core Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM tools
Structured thinking with strong attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing legal documents and aligning stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask, strong problem-solving skills and able to perform under pressure
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Hospitality, Marketing, Law, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, client and account management, or similar roles
Exposure to proposals, tenders, or contract-related work is an advantage
Experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or corporate services is a plus
