Job Summary

Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors while managing accounts, sales pipelines, and CRM systems to drive business growth and deliver compliant proposals aligned with corporate strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and acquire new business in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries across assigned regions
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and timely to support sales activities
• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations in response to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to secure business wins
• Manage and develop assigned accounts in alignment with corporate and regional strategies to maximize portfolio value
• Deliver compliant and professional proposals within established deadlines to ensure business compliance and competitiveness
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage and maintain sales pipelines to track progress and forecast sales outcomes
• Provide monthly sales reports to direct managers or management for performance tracking and decision-making
• Maintain an updated contact database of clients to facilitate effective communication and relationship management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
• Knowledge of Life Sciences and Healthcare logistics to enhance service delivery
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels and departments
• Good analytical skills with a positive attitude to embrace challenges and responsibilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve business objectives
