Chief Operating Officer

AMILI Pte Ltd is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy, implementing, and overseeing the Company’s operational processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience within the industry, and you will team up with management at all levels to implement operational strategies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.

2. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization wide goal setting, performance management and annual operations planning.

3. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvement.

4. Develop strategies and tactics to bring innovation and manage necessary changes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role in a similar capacity.

2.Experience in a startup and investor relations.

3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

4. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

5. Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development.
