Clinic Assistant

Your Job duties include: 

Service-oriented and pleasant personality critical.
Able to work in a team and under duress.
Strong work ethic and shows initiative.

• Registration of patients
• Preparation and dispensing of medication
• Counselling patients on their medications and procedures
• Assisting the doctor in the consultation room
• Billing
• Insurance/ CHAS Claims submissions
• Handling phone and email enquiries 
• Medicine Inventory management
• Strict compliance with health regulations and guidelines set by government bodies. 
• Any other duties assigned by the doctors
