Clinic Assistant

Job Summary:

• Register patients, schedule appointments and maintaining the calendar
• Manage medical records and update electronic medical systems.
• Process billing, insurance claims, and documentation where applicable.
• Coordinate referrals, laboratory tests, and follow-up appointments.
• Contacting patients, receiving calls, organizing information
• Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
• Working Location: Napier Road
• Reports to Nurse Manager

Job Requirements:

• Preferably someone with experience working in private clinics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient-oriented with strong service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
