CLINIC ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter (Register Patients, Phone calls)
• To compile Medical Reports/Lab result for doctor’s reporting/finalizing report/Uploading of case notes
• Preparing & Dispensing Medications
• Able to handle Manage Healthcare Insurance
• Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including Chaperone
• To update billing & tally daily collection/cash for accounting purpose
• Performing basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assign

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is a must
• Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively in a fast pace environment
• Must be hamble and polite
• Ability to work in a team dependably
• With positive ‘willing-to-learn’ attitude
• Speak & Read English, Mandarin (advantage) & Dialect
• 5.5 days work week
• Preferably female candidate
