$2,400 - 3,000 monthly
Job Responsibilities:
• Attend to inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
• Make outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings
• Co-ordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• Submit insurance claims
• Arrange bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices
• Support sales & marketing activities and compile statistics
• Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties such email and/or filing
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
• 5.5 days’ work week. Except for PH & Sunday
• Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels
• Speaks fluent English. Some dialects will be a plus
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
