CLINIC ASSISTANT

Job Description

• Patient Registration, Phone/ Email Enquires
• Dispense Medication, Billing (Private and Insurance), Appointment arrangement.
• Chaperone doctors during consultation and assist during O&G procedures.
• Clinical administrative and account duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of clinic

Assisting the Doctor:

• To provide assistance to the Doctor promptly, as and when required.
• To maintain equipment and instruments in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Clinic Assist knowledge preferred, Microsoft knowledge (Words/Excel)
• Preferably Mandarin speaking to handle chinese speaking patients
• Good Interpersonal & Communication skill

Salary : $2000 - $3200 per month

Job Types: Permanent Full Time

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
