Clinic Manager (Training Programme)

About the Role

Luminous Dental Group is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Clinic Manager Trainee.

This position is designed for candidates with strong leadership potential who are passionate about healthcare operations and team management.

Successful candidates will undergo a 6-month structured Clinic Manager Training Programme. Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, you will be confirmed as a Clinic Manager.

Key Responsibilities

During the training period, you will learn and develop competencies in:

• Daily clinic operations and workflow management
• Patient service and front desk operations
• Staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Team leadership and performance management
• Inventory and clinic supplies management
• Cash handling and administrative duties
• Compliance with company SOPs and healthcare regulations
• Supporting dentists and ensuring smooth clinic operations
• Handling patient feedback and service recovery
• Achieving operational and service excellence

Training Programme

The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month Clinic Manager Training Programme, which includes:

• Structured on-the-job training
• Leadership and management development
• SOP and operational training
• Performance coaching and regular assessments

Candidates who successfully complete the training programme and meet the required performance standards will be confirmed as a Clinic Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and lead a team
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges

Working Hours

This position is based on a rotating shift schedule, including:

• Weekday evening shifts
• Saturdays
• Sundays and Public Holidays (according to roster)
