Clinic Nurse

Support doctors by delivering clinical nursing care including administering vaccinations, performing blood draws, assisting with minor procedures, and dispensing medication under doctors’ instructions while maintaining high standards in documentation, patient monitoring, and infection control.

Responsibilities:-

• Administer vaccinations and perform blood taking to support clinical diagnosis and treatment.
• Assist doctors with minor medical procedures to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Assist in medication dispensing and patient counselling in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Maintain nursing documentation and uphold infection control standards to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to pre- and post-consultation enquiries to enhance patient experience.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, electronic medical records, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate laboratory investigations, imaging requests, and referrals as required.
• Provide patient education on medications, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or holding a valid nursing registration in the home country.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a primary care GP/outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Role is primarily based at our Katong clinic, with occasional support at other clinic locations if required.
