Clinic Patient Service Associate - City

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments / reminder calls
• Maintain patient records as per PDPA Act
• Process billing in Clinic Management System & Insurance portals
• Process payments and daily cash deposits
• Identify patients insurance coverage
• Customer service / support triage for patients
• Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks
• Dispensing of medication / with second checker
• Assist Doctors & Nurses

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform procedures in treatment room eg Tonometry, Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, Dressing
• Maintain proper infection control standards
• Perform venepunture (with valid phlebotomy certification)

• Good application of tools for data management & analysis

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels, Polytechnic Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare/Hospitality setting
• Available to start immediately or within a month
• Presentable, able to communicate professionally
• High-standards of customer service
• Singapore and PRs Only
