Clinic Receptionist

Work location is at Robinson Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place). During probation, you will report to Novena on certain days for training.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
• Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
• Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
• Maintain and update client database
• Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
• Participate in corporate events (if required)
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
• Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
• Confident and fluent in English.

Work Hours:

• Clinic opens from 7.30am to 8pm on weekdays and 7.30am to 1pm on Saturday
• Closed on Sunday and PH
• Fixed day off (2 days) during the week
• Less than 44 hours a week
